If you are not completely satisfied with the blockout blind/s that you bought directly from this website, we will gladly refund your money, provided the original receipt is supplied (or online purchase order), and that the goods purchased are not used, still in their original condition and packaging, and in a condition for re-sale. We are still happy to accept the product for a refund if the round, branded sticker on the outer plastic bag is damaged, as we can replace this. 

You have 14 days from receipt of purchase (confirmed by courier) to contact us at hello@blokobloko.com and advise that you wish to return the blockout blind/s. We will instruct you where exactly to send the product (Head Office, Cape Town). Please note that all return courier costs are to be covered by the customer. Regular postage is not accepted, returns must be made by a courier company eg.  The Courier Guy, MDS Collivery etc. 

A full refund of the cost of goods, at the time of purchase, will be made to the customer within 30 days of receipt of the return item (remember to use a courier and not regular postage!). We always endeavour to turn around refunds within 7-10 business days, but rely on third party payment partners for this process.
